Backaratur

The Backaratur is a pizza oven for the Table. It is a baking apparatus that brings the cooking process right in front of your eyes. Like in a petri dish you can observe the food while it transforms from rare to ready to eat. The flame of the alcohol burner is divided by the sheet metal plate all around the outside and lets the hot air flow over the pizza into the chimney while the hot stone plate bakes the dough nice and crispy
